Folks! I am coming to you all with a new feature on Vision Portal!
Last week, the Cisco Meraki MV team launched Quick Walls at CLUS by featuring and sharing it with some of our customers in our demo booth. They loved it!
What is Vision Portal?
Vision portal is designed for folks that need to mainly interact with cameras and not the networking components from Dashboard. Vision portal allows you to easily view, search, and export clips for your critical incident investigation.
The Old Video Walls:
- Only certain users have permissions to make them
- Video walls are displayed for everyone in the network
- Users must navigate to a separate tab to reach video walls on Vision
The New & Improved Video Walls (Quick Walls)
- Anyone can make a video wall for themselves
- Quick Walls are viewable for each user that makes them
- Users can reach Quick Walls right on the “cameras” tab of Vision portal
Quick Walls is available right now on Vision Portal! Check it out and make yourself a custom video wall so you can do critical incident management your way.
