Introducing Two New Features within the AI Assistant!

We’re excited to announce two new updates to the Cisco AI Assistant in the Meraki dashboard! Introducing the Generative UI Agent and Support Case Summaries both now live:

 

With the new Generative UI Agent, the AI Assistant can dynamically output custom UI based upon your specific needs. For example, you could ask the AI Assistant for a line graph of unique clients for a specific period and the AI Assistant will visualize your request immediately. The Generative UI Agent makes it easy to create tailored UI to help visualize your network environment for quicker insights and easier troubleshooting.

 

Support Case Summaries will allow you to view clear, concise summarizations of your Meraki Support cases directly within the AI Assistant, helping you:

 

  • Quickly catch up on important case details, including status, updates, and next steps—all in one place.

 

  • Easily refer back to past case summaries and ask follow-up questions as needed for a smoother support experience.

This is just the beginning—we’re continuously enhancing the AI Assistant’s functionality based on your feedback. Give these new features a try and let us know what you think!
