We are excited to share that the new Assurance Overview is now available to everyone via the Early Access page! Assurance Overview provides a unified assurance experience for you to understand the overall health of your network across the entire stack. You can easily monitor your network health and quickly troubleshoot problematic areas.
Enable the feature for your organization by going to Organization > Early Access and opt in to the ‘Assurance Overview’ feature.
Assurance Overview can be accessed via the new Assurance left-nav menu. The page is designed to:
- Maintain full stack assurance: You can monitor your network assurance across the entire stack, including WAN appliances, switches, and APs, to understand the overall health of your network.
- Understand impact to end user experience: The network health score is centered around the end user experience and whether your end clients are able to access and use the network. The Clients section also breaks down your end clients into wireless, remote, and wired clients and shows how many clients are impacted.
- Identify faulty hardware: The Network Devices section highlights problematic hardware and what the issues are, so you can identify if faulty hardware is impacting your end client connectivity. This includes metrics from WAN appliances, switches, and APs.
- Identify application problems: The Applications section is integrated with ThousandEyes to provide more visibility into the application issues your clients may be facing. This requires an MX with a ThousandEyes license.
- Provide context & visibility: By having all the metrics in one centralized location, you will have more visibility and be able to correlate metrics across products and devices.
- Facilitate proactive troubleshooting: Once you have identified where your network is potentially having problems, you can drill down into the clients, devices, or applications details to begin remediating issues before they cause more major networking problems.
