Upgrading the license from Enterprise to Advanced Security

We purchased 3 year of enterprise licensing for MX devices, couple of months ago and now the customer wants an upgrade to Advanced Security. Is that feasible?


I see that 7 days is a valid time period for wrong license application.


I don't see an add-on, Advanced Security includes enterprise and then our existing enterprise licenses will be junk!

You will need to get in touch with your Meraki account manager although given its been months and not days I am not sure if they could do anything.

Hi @FlyingFrames , it’ll be too late to RMA but if you email Meraki support and they’ll convert the license to the Adv Security one.  You will however see the license expiration date half.
