I know the solution is simple : remove the "dormant" or inactive Hub(s) , but these dashboard checks are way out of control.    Can't configure a group policy because you have a offline vpn concentrator ? Makes 0 sense.  Can't configure a DHCP ip-helper if the IP is not in the routing table ... Multiple users are having issues with VPN speed on the 2 sites that I work with (one I'm the admin and the other is managed by others). I ran basic speed tests with the VPN on and off and using a remote computer. There is a significant slow down when on the VPN.
