Hi@PMH,   As mentioned in the documentation you linked, the access point will use the User-Agent string field of an HTTP GET request packet to determine the operating system of the client when it first associates, and allow or deny access accordingly.   Some clients may misidentify themselves when specifying the User-Agent string field of an HTTP GET request.   did you try to take a packet capture while one of those devices/Clients are trying to connect to the WIFI ?   Can you see if the devices are misidentifying themselves? you can check what sort of device has been misidentified by looking at the pcket capture and filtering by http to check the http Get request. If this device is misidentifying itself as another operating system not IOS. then the device type policy enforcement is done on a best-effort basis, dependent upon the information that the client provides.   When needing to enforce security-focused policies based on device type, please leverage solutions such as Meraki Systems Manager, or Cisco ISE.    ... @D_Tau,   The communication should be bidirectional between the MX IP address and the VPN registry IPs. Once that communication is established, the VPN registry will instruct both MXs to build the tunnel.     The screenshot you included doesn't show any of the IPs used by the VPN registry.   You can find the IP ranges and port numbers used for the VPN registry listed in the dashboard. Hi @TimRobberechts ,   This is right, The Cisco Meraki MS225 series switches do not support 40G QSFP+ transceivers, including the MA-QSFP-40G-SR4. The MS225 series switches are designed to support 1G and 10G SFP/SFP+ transceivers.   For 40G connectivity, you would need to look at other Cisco Meraki switch models that support QSFP+ ports, such as the MS425, MS390 and other models mentioned in this article.   BR   ... Hi AnM,   Thanks for trying that, I know that we have a known issue on our side where SAML sensor user roles for all networks and all sensors can't see the sensor list, as far as I know that should not affect normal dashboard users, you also mentioned that you are not using SAML.   I would suggest logging a case with our support team to look deeper into this for you.   - Please include the name and Email address of the affected users in the case.   - Also,please uplod the HAR capture file when one of the users is trying to view the sensors list.   Please take a look at this article for your reference on how to get the HAR capture.   BR ...
