As above, please contact Meraki support. In the meantime you can also start looking at your RADIUS server logs, Meraki event logs, and packet captures to understand where the issue lies in regard to client device authentication.

Meraki runs RSTP which i basically the same as MSTP, only with one instance. If you run MSTP with one instance (default instance 0) and allow vlan 1 on the trunk you should be fine.

Any networks / organisation access you have been given will show on the left hand side of your dashboard, if you don't have what you are expecting you haven't been added correctly. I've never had an issue adding users to different organisations or networks.
