Is there a way to upvote this request? I would think for Meraki to be competitive with other SD-WAN vendors one would think they consider this option.

Thanks @javalins for your swift reply. I was afraid this would be the case. A real shame. Is there no creative workaround possible? E.g. if I combine 2 MX routers? Looking at PepLink SD-Wan solutions and even Citrix SD-Wan, they have the option of many more WAN ports.

Hi, Would it be possible to bundle more than 2 LTE WAN connections on an MX using MG41/MG51 using the SD-WAN (Auto-VPN, and dynamic path selection)? We have a use case in Africa where there is only 3G/4G cellular available from multiple network operators. To increase the reliability and we wan't to combine 3 networks. I did notice the MG41 and MG51 do have two sim slots. I suspect however that the MX will still see 1 WAN connection?

Thanks @DarrenOC @Bruce for your replies. We have multiple MX68 which run on different firmware some on 15.44 and some still on 14.53. The strange thing is that for some custom apps insight works and also all stock web apps work fine.

Since some time now one of our Custom Web Applications configured in Insight Web App Health doesn't show any data anymore, whereas if I look at the traffic analysis (under Network -> Monitor) it clearly shows data going to the configured domain name. Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks Philip, That's what I was afraid of. I was hoping there could be a way to use the vMX as a breakout for O365 traffic, but then also realise that this would probably not adhere to the Microsoft Connectivity Principles. It seems Citrix SD-WAN is a bit further advanced in this area, so hope that Cisco Meraki will catch up soon to deliver optimal path selection for SaaS applications. However, I've not heard any ETA on this yet.

How to achieve intelligent path selection for Office 365 (or other SaaS services)? Is anyone using the vMX for this purpose? We're considering purchasing Meraki MX appliances to optimize connectivity to (SaaS) cloud services in many of our Global South offices (Africa, Middle East, Asia). In our testing we found that the MX doesn't failover to secondary connection if the performance on the primary connection gets degraded by packet drops (+6%) and high latency (+300ms) (while degration is detected by Insight WAN Health). The Cisco Live Session DGTL-BRKCRS-1579 mentions multiple smart SaaS optimization features are coming (Optimal Path) but for now the only way to achieve performance based routing is using Custom Performance Classes in combination with autoVPN. Is it advisable to put a vMX in Azure optimize O365 and failover in case of degraded internet connectivity?
