We've not pursuit this further, I'm afraid. Our idea was indeed to have (at least) 3 active cellular connections bonded together and with SD-WAN AutoVPN create a tunnel to an MX in the cloud to allow for WAN optimization / dynamic routing based on performance / quality of the WAN connections. With the wider availability of Starlink it looks like we rely less on cellular connections, so not a high prio any more.
