If voip is in the autovpn tunnel then no. If voip is using the local internet then you can try request a separate firewall config for wan2 at support. For example https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/MX64-Allow-only-Office-365-when-using-WAN-2-Fail-over/m-p/30918

Yes that is true, we're in talks with Meraki. It should not create the route in the route table if the equipment has never connected / fetched config. Very good help from the support and thanks to everyone for the help.
