I still can't connect to the home laptop though that is connected. The thing i find strange is that when i go into the Tools part of Appliance Status for the home MX, i can't ping the laptop which is 100.100.100.2. If i click on the laptop in clients and ping from there, it pigns fine with a latency of 1ms
