make sure client drivers are up to date and test some clients with roaming set to agressive in the client driver settings. also you can set the minimum bitrate to a higher value in the dashboard, for example 24Mbps

I guess its best to contact meraki support and let them upgrade each switch in the stack so you can make sure your lacp channel is back up before upgrading the next switch.

this is a picture of the port on the VOIP switch or your normal LAN switch? On the LAN switch put the port in access vlan 1, on the VOIP switch put the access port in VLAN 2 Your other ports on the VOIP switch are they also access ports? make sure the VOIP ports are set to trunk ports with only allowed vlan 1 or access port with VLAN 1.

i dont know about this possibility. but speed is not only defined by the port thats placed on the internal board. it also depends on chipset cpu asic etc.

Also check if this packet is leaving from the swtich uplink to ur DHCP server and is this packet also received by your dhcp server? after a discover you would normally receive a "offer" from the dhcp server

try factory default the AP then connect it to the meraki switch. if it still not works make a packet-capture (network-wide-> packet capture) on the meraki switch port that is connecting the AP and look if there are any BOOTP packets(ap:discover, server: offer , client:request, server:ack) in the trace.

yes , just put the vlan on those access-ports (make portType access) . You dont need to create a L3 vlan interface on that Phone switch for this vlan.

make some access ports with another vlan number on the Phone switches and connect one port to an access port (on your normal lan switch)with the vlan you want to extend. for example: on lan switch access port with vlan 1. on phone switch 5 access ports with vlan 2. and connect the vlan1 port to one vlan 2 port.

depends on the ports u are using, 1-24 will be ok, but he sfp ports do not match for example port 25 will be copyed to port 25 instead of port 49. because its a new switch, i would just claim it before installing and configure the ports as u wish.

should work without options, did you make a capture on the infoblox to see if you receive a discover? and send and offer? did you try factory reset the switch?

dhcp renewal does not trigger port up/down status. Is there a docking station connected? Did you already try another cable or try updating the network driver of the workstation? Any errors on the port? what is the result of a cable test?
