In addition you need just to make sure that the Meraki Switches can communicat with the Meraki Cloud...means you need an internet breakout and if there is some firewall in place you maid need to open some ports. Licenses will be auto renewed. check out this link https://trainingevangelism.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014840598-CMNA-Refresh ...if you fullfill the requirements: **CMNA Refresh License Requirements: **Your Dashboard Organization needs to be compliant, so all devices need to be licensed. The licensing also needs to be active and not expired. Compliant Organizations are those which have a CMNA promo license key applied, have 12 or fewer applied licenses and have active/current licensing. The program will not renew non-compliant Orgs, or those that are partially licensed or expired. To contact promorenewals@meraki.com. is certainly the right thing to do...maybe needs some time till they answer. If all this does not help...I would contact my sales rep of Meraki. hope it helps roger

Basically it depends on what you want do achive with this switch. Especially if you would like to go with Adaptive Policy this is the switch to go. What i heared is that the delivery time is quite hight right now...but i guess you can check this with the meraki sales rep.

The standard ship time of an rma is 5 business days...see also the link from the post of @MarcP . If you buy on top RMA Services (Meraki now) you will get faster shipment of the replacement equipment. There is also an option for installation of the replaced equipment. See more infos on Meraki now: https://meraki.cisco.com/product-collateral/meraki-now-at-a-glance/?file So you have to think on how fast you need your new devices. If you can be without it for 5 business day...standard is sufficient...else you need to think which Meraki now option fulfill your needs. An option maid be also to have spare devices on the location. hope this helps roger

Hi Philippe, I had also the same topic...which got solved after I contacted certification of meraki with the following email. certifications@meraki.com Just ask back about the status of the delivery and mention the date you have done the CMNA. hope it helps Roger

The hardware warranty is tied to the hardware unit, not the license. Hardware that has a lifetime warranty (e.g., the MR24) is warranted for the life of the hardware. Hardware with a fixed-term warranty, (e.g., 1 year), has a 1-year warranty, regardless of the license. Hope this helps Roger
