So, every time we need to have new routes, we need to run a new script. This seems not possible for end-users who are not much technically sound. is there any development that the routes be pushed from meraki??

hi @Coen Appreciate your hard work. But this method is only applicable for browsing. It doesn't block Facebook and Messenger App in mobile phones.

Greetings!! I know layer3 and layer7 firewall works perfect and have been in place. But is there anyway to block a specific domain but allow it's subdomain. I want to block facebook.com but allow workplace by facebook with url as https://work-xxxxxxx.facebook.com. I tried playing with layer3 as well as layer7 but failed. Please suggest if we can achieve in any way.

is there any development going on for this issue? Manually changing dhcp leases to 30 min at the eod is not the ultimate solution. I hope there would be a select and delete option somewhere for removing dhcp leases.

Is there any way to bypass AP from splash page? I have splash page enabled on my MX and 1 MR is connected to port 12 of MX. I cannot connect the MR from dashboard as it requires splash page auth. Once i disable splash page, i can successfully connect the AP from dashboard. Beside assigning another vlan to MR, can we just bypass the AP IP from splash page??

The main culprit for this issue was a range of NAT IP POOL. When I natted the destination i.e prefix of camera to a single IP. It solved the issue. This issue is not with camera only but with cpanel server and other critical servers too.

Both NVR and LAN are in 2 different private networks. NVR has a juniper gateway which is doing routing. I have whitelisted the NVR IP block in firewall too thinking if it makes any difference but it didnt.

I have faced some weird issue. I have been using 3rd party cameras within my network with NVR. The cameras and NVR is in different network with different gateway other than my LAN. There was no issue accessing the NVR cameras and do the configuration as required. But after moving my LAN under Meraki network, My users are having issues accessing that NVR which is still in same network that was in previously. Users cannot check the live feed in some time. While configuring the NVR too, there is auto logout from the system. However, I again shifted those users to old LAN network and there seems no issue. I dont have any filters currently in my boxes. So, I am lost here what to check. Please suggest if anything can be done.

I found the solution. There was splash page enabled on that lan vlan that restricted it's reachability. after disabling splash page. the connection is successful.

Yes the drop down is selected as yes. Like i said before, vpn between mx250 and mx84 have no issues. but both of these mx peers with mx450 with routes advertised through vpn. but just lan to lan is not happening.

I have 3 MX boxes each of them are MX450, MX250 and MX84. I have successfully peered site to site vpn with all boxes where MX450 and MX250 act as hub and MX84 as spoke. Lan to Lan communication between MX250 and MX84 have no issues where both ends station communicate with eachother. However stations behind MX250 and MX84 fails to connect to stations behind MX450. I can see packets received and sent by stations behind MX450 but failed to connect. I suspect MX450 is blocking from somewhere but didnt find any clue. Upgraded firmware to latest stable release too. Stations behind MX250 and MX84 can ping to the LAN interface IP of MX450 though but not to the it's lan stations. Need idea to troubleshoot the issue.
