Have to agree with  PhilipDAth on this one - remove Admin or local admin rights to the PC for users.   We're just going through a windows 10 migration and only IT staff now have Admin rights - any software installs come through IT helpdesk.  Yep it does increase support calls etc, but does mean less chance of dodgy software causing mayhem on the network etc due to virusesssssss etc.   We did block shareware related sites, but had to open up sourceforge.net in order to download some software for IT to use -  lol.     ... Thanks nwu1,   Sorry for my late reply,   I did turning down the power level to shorter distance; and it was significantly changed. Most of the latencies were caused by the clients as well; we also had some struggles with 2.4Ghz devices, especially the printers. Hi @nwu1,   That's what I thought and packet captures on the air is something I was looking to avoid.   What I was really trying to discover was if there are any devices that support 802.11w but choose not to use it when 'enabled' is selected on the Meraki APs, i.e. the drivers are poorly written, or maybe a bug in a particular version of the drivers.   This is an interesting command "netsh wlan show driver" from that second link you share. Trunolimit,   It' doesn't look like Dashboard has a custom alert that you can set up to see when a wireless client associates/disassociates from an AP. I would recommend looking at the Network-Wide > Clients section and filtering for the 4 specific devices that are having issues. This is the topology we are having.   Both ISP-1 & ISP-2 are connected to MS-250(two MS) stacked together through /30 subnet. Two MX-100 in HA mode are connected to MS-250 through /29 subnet in HA mode.
