Yes but I'm thinking more from the side of unlocking the environment to enable loading of 3rd party firmware or releasing instructions on how to do so as currently I don't believe it's possible.

Been waiting a year for updates on hardware, specifically POE switches. I bought into this product line only to hit a wall after buying one of the last available POE switches. Cisco needs to support it or shut it down. I just installed 30 POE cameras but had to buy another manufacturer's hardware because I can't get the Meraki Go hardware that integrates with the other hardware I already have. Cisco either cares about it customers or doesn't. Pick a side of the fence and stay on it. Support it or shut it down and I will move on.

Contacting support is almost always the right play when facing umbrella license issues for the GX product. If we cannot see the key, we can also verify if the key you have is legitimate or not.
