I read that I need to ensure UDP ports 500 (IKE) and 4500 (IPsec NAT-T) are being forwarded to the MX and not blocked. Is it needed? What shall I configure on the MX firewall?

Checked the Event log in Meraki, as you said, but nothing showing about VPN connectivity... what else can cause it do you think? I can see in Windows event log, the "Work VPN requires attention." but no popup to input anything...

Hello I work in a company, and we deployed the following: SD-WAN - MX67 Switch - MS120 AP - MR44 I configured the Client VPN from the dashboard and created a user to connect with. I copied the Shared Secret to the Pre-Shared Key in my client (Win10) I made Sure to input the password we created for the user in the PreShared Key section (under advanced) When I click connect, it`s just hanging and keeps showing me the "connecting".. nothing happens, no popup to type user & pass nothing. I noticed, that when I ping the Hostname externally, I don't have reply, should I do something? What am I doing wrong?

Hello We had a site that we decided to close down. Due to that, I had to move my Meraki devices (One MS & Two MR) in the dashboard to a different network I created. We are about to connect this equipment to our new site. Before connecting it, do I need to reset it to factory defaults? Thank you!

I`m sorry, I`m having trouble understanding.😑 If I take the MX68, Which supports up to 600Mbps, it means that the Internet line will not be fully utilized? Since my line is 1Gb\1Gb, the bottleneck would be the MX.? Sorry for not being able to understand ..

Hello I`m about to purchase the MX68W for our office (up to 40 users). We have a symmetrical internet line of 1Gbps. I can see that the Max Throughput of the MX68 is 600Mbps. Does it mean that I cant utilize the entire bandwidth? I didn`t quite understand what does it mean Can someone please assist? Thank you!

Hello We have an office with 35 users with the following hardware: Cisco Meraki MX75 Cisco Meraki MS120 x2 Cisco Meraki MR46 x5 Primary uplink of 200 \ 200 Mbps. A secondary uplink - is being deployed now. What best practices should I follow to configure the Secondary Uplink as a spare? (in case the primary goes down, I want the secondary to failover) Is it ok to change or edit the IP address of the secondary uplink via the Dashboard? or should I do it only via the local status page? According to Meraki Support: "Note: Modifying the state (enabled/disabled) or addressing method (static/DHCP) of a WAN connection from Dashboard causes both WAN interfaces to reset, which results in a loss of connectivity on both Internet uplinks for up to 2 minutes. Therefore, it is recommended to only make changes during a planned maintenance window so that disruption is minimal." Thank you!

Hello I have the following network configuration: 1. Ubiquity Dream Machine Pro (Router \ Firewall) 2. Meraki MR46 AP x3 3. Meraki MS120 x2 Some users use laptops and connect to the WiFi, while others are with workstations and connected via LAN cable. If I want users in both WiFi & LAN networks to be able to access each other devices (RDP \ SSH \ CIFS, etc) Do I need to "Allow" the rule? WiFi & LAN users reside on the same VLAN (Native VLAN configured in the Ubiquity); it could be tricky to configure VLANs on the Dream Machine Pro and have it fully compatible with the Meraki AP (or isn`t it?) I`m afraid users can access the Switches and APs from their devices.. So, I guess there isn't a choice but to create VLANs for the AP & Switches (e.g., VLAN 10 & VLAN 11) and additional vlan for the users. Help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello We have an existing site (35 users) with the following devices: 1. Dream Machine Pro Firewall \ Router connected to a Ziply Fiber) - a single VLAN. 2. Three Meraki MR46 APs 3. Two Meraki MS120 Switches Currently, the network is up and running (The APs are connected to the switches, and both switches are connected to the Dream Machine Pro). I can see many devices connected to the WiFi and all looks good. My questions are, please: 1. Is it ok to continue running the above configuration? 2. Will I have any roaming issues between APs? 3. Do you recommend purchasing a Meraki MX75 4. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello I created a new network for our new soon-to-be-deployed office in Munich. When I created the new network, I chose "Combined Network" BUT, I don't need all the devices listed in the picture (with the arrows). I only have a switch and two APs. (I`m planning on using the ISP Router \ Firewall, not Meraki) How do I remove the Cameras \ Sensors\ Cellular Gateway? Thank you!
