Is there a Meraki specific switching design guide, similar to the CVD's in the catalyst world? I'm hoping that it also includes design principles when connecting to the MX appliances. Thank you for the support. Johnny.

Besides MTBF for the appliances, is there any metric on their availability similar to what Meraki publishes (see https://meraki.cisco.com/trust#sla) on the platform but at the appliance level? Or is there a conversion from MTBF to availability? Request received is for a monthly availability. Thank you. Johnny.

Friends, I'm placing MS switches and MR AP's at the spokes of an MX based SD-WAN network. If I provision the MX's with Secure SD-WAN licenses, would it be an issue if the MS/MR's have Enterprise or Advanced licenses? Thank you.

Friends, customer requesting event logs and web content filtering reports for minimum of one year. Here's the verbiage they provide for content reports: "For web content filtering, it must allow to display reports from the same solution (online) and generate reports in real time and historical, with a minimum period of one (1) year." What solutions can we have offer or propose? Any caveats?

For a remote work or work from home PoC's, does it make sense to have it in the test plan an application experience at the main office and then have the users compare it to their application experience in their home office? In other words, have the users provide feedback on the application performance from home as compared to when they used work I the office. Does this make sense to be in a test plan? What's the best way to measure app performance in the Dashboard?
