Hi Vincent, What os is the client? If you are using macOS you must ensure you tunnel all traffic through the VPN for it to work correctly. Under advanced as per this screenshot 🙂 Do you have any firewall rules in place?

Hi @Francis Are you a Meraki partner? Do you have access to merakipartners.com ? You can get sales and tech information from there if you are. If not you can contact your Meraki sales rep who can help. Do you know what Fortigate you are up against? Key areas you should highlight - Meraki Dashboard. - Ease of use - Support Level - Visibility - Cloud managed vs on device If you can give some more info on your use case I can try to be more specific for you 🙂

I agree - a client will have an organisational entry. Then usually a network for each location. Be that a building or town etc. This network can only contain one MX unit so keep that in mind.

Very true, we've seen our fair few as well. Issues with systems not working as per the documentation etc. But support have always been helpful and rewritten the documentation or changed features etc Just surprised if your overall impression of them was negative thats all

Now I know this sounds a bit full of it. But i've always found Meraki support to be really helpful, even with random bugs. They've needed a prod every now and then but who doesn't right? Have you found them that bad?
