I think it really depends on the network and what you want / need to do. We run 2 x MS425-32 in a stack configuration, we dont however use the core switches for our layer 3 routing as I wasn't happy with the limitations that Meraki has around L3 routing.

I have used these in the past, I would drill a few holes in the top and bottom to allow for airflow. I have also used these outdoors when I needed to setup a wifi network after a natural disaster and didn't have any outdoor rated AP's on hand.

Also @Jeff_Longley given the MS355 series only released in November last year and the current release of Wifi6 I can fully understand while these devivces are under constrant, talking with my Meraki AM the other week he mentioned with the release of Wifi6 he has been flat out quoting for the new AP's and the MS355 series to go with it.

@Uberseehandel I dont think the local NZ distributor carries any Meraki stock, of all the Meraki products I have ordered right from high end switches to SFP modules and power cables all have shipped from the US. Even RMA stock comes from the US.

@Meraki4Schools are you allowing the users to access the App store from the device and install apps? If you want to administer the apps via Merkai and not allow users to install apps I would disable users access to install apps and access the app store. This should make the notification that you are seeing go away and the apps will silently install.

Yes everytime I get gear quoted power cords are always on the quote as well. I opt not to get them (I am a customer not a reseller) as we always have power cords on hand. The bonus of Meraki power cords is they come in a nice little cloth bag which is useful to store things in.
