There is a limited app list and not always clear what traffic it hits.., but you can specify ip, port etc. yourself. Can you give a example ?

yes run 2 separate lines from 1 switchstack to the mx works. make sure rstp is enabled on the switch ports

2 WAN ports (using your mx in routed mode). You can use SFP or SFP+ in these ports. you can set the ip or get one from DHCP. for the LAN you can not assign layer3 ports. you can create 4094 SVI's and assing vlans to the ports.

warm spare is not active active. you could run both providers to both mx's if you have enough IP addresses between the provider and your MX's . https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/Does-MX-device-can-support-dual-active/m-p/64242#M16273 so the WAN ports can be both active, but not Both MX's (in warm spare) at the same time

you can have 12 cmna gear/ licence in one network and they can be extended by cmna renewal. but you still need the licenses. your normal 3 dont cover 12 devices.

check is the dhcp server is receiving the discover. if not, your vlan is not l2 from ap to the dhcp server or your forwarder is failing.

the auth is succesfull? try capture on ap and client to see if the client sending a bootp discover . also check the switch trunk port to verify what vlan the dhcp request is send

your ip and gateway of the AP is for the ap management. but also for your ssid in nat mode. if you configure your ssids for bridge mode you can set the vlan you want the ssid traffic in. make sure your switches allow these vlans on the trunks to your layer3 device that is the gateway for these vlans
