if that didn't help check all this: did you also try antoher wall outlet to exclude the internal-building-cable?. does the cable test on the meraki page shows ok? and what lenght? did you change the default mtu size under switch > switch settings? are you able to ping with this command?: ping www.meraki.com -l 1472 -f what is the mtu size of your clients network adapter?: netsh interface ipv4 show subinterfaces when you plug another pc in that outlet is it working fine?
