there are several options but or also depends on how your network looks like. shape al clients to a lower bandwidth and exclude the apple tv. globally give youtube prio high in your shaping rule or add the local ip address(make sure it does not change) to your rule and set the prio to high. also set dscp tag and add qos to your switch.

that depends if you are using more then 1 vlan for 1 ssid you would need L3 roaming. if you have only 1 vlan attached to a ssid bridged mode should work fine

for example, you can make 1 organization with every school as a separate "network". You can use the same vlan numbers for every school, no problem.

not sure what your house looks like, but only 1 device to cover a house with wireless seems very optimistic. does your prodiver let you install a self owned router? sometimes a username pw is required to connect to your provider.

15 SSIDs per network. you should be able to editt/create them for each network. Did you maybe clone the network or attach it to a template that sets the ssid?
