@Aaron_Wilson and your coworker has AT&T fiber too. So far my ticket has not yielded a response other than: AT&T HAS UPDATED THE STATUS OF YOUR INCIDENT: THE AT&T NETWORK TEAM HAS RECEIVED THE TROUBLE REPORT AND HAS ASSIGNED A RESOURCE. I was wondering if it is coal?

I just filed a ticket to AT&T. AT&T DNS Primary DNS: 68.94.156.1 Secondary DNS: 68.94.157.1 It seems to be isolated to the primary DNS, from what I can see.

Well the implication would be that we are not having the issue, but if you looked at the related content side bar you may have seen: https://community.meraki.com/t5/Dashboard-Administration/View-failed-to-load/m-p/28745#M1022 Which is similar to the issue at hand. I truly believe this is a great place to double check because sometimes support will claim it to be client side (browser issues) first. Finding another community member with the same/similar issue can help you make your case. I have the very same experience with Maps in Safari; currently still not resolved, but confirmed via the community.

Yeah once they went to the new interface for "Cases" this issue exists, fine in old interface though. I brought it up a while back, but as part of a bigger issue.

yeah, I agree that there is a delay. I could fine nothing on the support about if Meraki polls VPP, they seem to defer to iOS handling auto updates as primary; as per: https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Apps_and_Software/Updating_Managed_iOS_Apps

Yeah, I'm unsure if Meraki actually polls the VPPs store or not. I end up manually selecting all apps in the app list and then select edit>refresh details.

Inception wishing, nice. I would hope that there is some sort of db for wishes, given that support sometimes uses "make a wish" as their final gasp to issue resolution. If only to highlight an issue engineering may not be fully aware of.

@vassallon Yes I too have no issues in Chrome, but Safari is my preferred browser. I'm struggling to see how this is a "client" issue and not a coding error from Meraki.

@beks88 According to engineering this is a client issue. I have stock Safari Version 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1) running on macOS 10.14.5 (18F132) and have this issue. NO plug-ins. Test on another Mac, similar specs and same issue. What is your set up? And any resolution on your end?

Nothing changed bar devices, all have locations services on prior. Just a new oddity I was wondering if it is me alone, affected. The location presented is correct but then the map zooms way out, by itself, manually zooming in: it is the approximate location but no marker on the map of the device. Weird.

as per Meraki: Note that after initially adding devices into DEP through Apple Configurator, there is a 30-day provisional period where the management profile can still be removed. After this period, the management profile will no longer be removable.
