Hi @Mloraditch , you are right in that Umbrella DNS does weed out the bad. I would personally use Umbrella DNS over Google DNS. Both are free for the purpose you’ll be using them for but Umbrella DNS can stop such things as C&C etc

Maybe also consider a hosted telephony solution and make jitter, delay etc the providers problem 😁

You’ve answered your own question with the comment that the jitter is only on external calls not internal (IP to IP). Once your calls hit that external connection QoS is out of your hands on a public circuit. One possible option is to consider deploying a second circuit solely for the purpose of your telephony traffic.

If an Admin leaves or you need to revoke access then you can remove that person as an Administrator from your Organisation. You can’t delete someone else’s Meraki account

Hi @exands , you won’t be able to use any switch/device until its claimed in your Organisation and then added to a Network. I personally don’t see the harm in your staff using the Guest SSID from personal devices. Just as long as that SSID can’t access internal resources what’s the issue?

Hi @DHR , when I do these types of migration I often phase them in by migrating a VLAN at a time and test as we go. Works for me especially when dealing with larger networks

Hi @Mirage , it won’t matter where you originally set this lot up and then redeploy elsewhere. Except where you may need to re-IP the devices to fit into your IP schema. I often configure sites in my home office and then take to site and deploy them.

More importantly, how are you securing your Guest networks? Typically, the schools I work with just use WPA2 and rotate their keys. We do ensure that guest wifi traffic is segregated from the LAN.
