Wireless Client Isolation

What is the Layer 2 LAN isolation enabled / disabled in bridge mode only? can explain any one? and i want to make wireless users like NAT mode but i need issue manageable IP issue from my DHCP server, if i enable this isolation mode? is it clients are not communicate each other?

In nat mode the mr is dhcp server and assigns  the user a IP.

@Rushan_Thilina : apart from what @ww said, In the NAT mode: Use Meraki DHCP

Clients receive IP addresses in an isolated 10.0.0.0/8 network. Clients cannot communicate with each other, but they may communicate with devices on the wired LAN if the SSID firewall settings permit.

That correct, if isolation mode enable between each client on same network will cannot communicate. correct me i'm wrong.
