MR 33!Disconnects sometimes and wont work till i reboot device

Hello, i have a cisco meraki mr33 access point that was working fine till now. Now suddenly it disconnects sometimes and remains disconnects until i reboots the device...

Can anyone help me out...? Also, how to upgrade firmware?

do the upgrade and check afterwards if you still have the disconnects.
