Hello, i have a cisco meraki mr33 access point that was working fine till now. Now suddenly it disconnects sometimes and remains disconnects until i reboots the device... Can anyone help me out...? Also, how to upgrade firmware? Thanks

i reseted the device by holding the reset button and i have not connected the device to the net...is that why i dont see the menu on the left side?
