Hello All, 

I have some particular specification about using an equipment. After many research, I found out i can use the Cisco 

MS130-12X. 

But I dont know how cisco meraki equipment works. 

Can I manage it without using meraki cloud dashboard? 

Is there a possibility to manage it locally without internet connection?

As with all Meraki devices, the MS130-12X requires an internet connection to manage and configure. It also requires purchasing a license alongside it.

Its managed through Meraki Cloud and needs internet to reach to portal.
