Hello All,  I have some particular specification about using an equipment. After many research, I found out i can use the Cisco  MS130-12X.  But I dont know how cisco meraki equipment works.  Can I manage it without using meraki cloud dashboard?  Is there a possibility to manage it locally without internet connection?  Thank's in advance tou your responds.   kind regards ...
