Meraki MS switches interoperability
Hi all,
Has anyone used Cisco SFP-10G-SR in Meraki MS-400 series switches ?
I know they are not on the certified list, just wondered if anyone has tried them and used successfully.
Solved! Go to solution.

I have never tested it, but I have been told that Cisco Meraki kit does not check the manufacturer ID burned into the SFP ROM (unlike Cisco Enterprise kit which does).

I’m using from Fiberstore $16 SFP modules on MS225 and MS250 switches and they work fantastically.

I also use Fiberstore SFP modules in my MS350 switches as well as my MX250 firewalls. No problems.
