MS130-24P Device was factory reset

MS130 sent an event that states the device was factory reset. As far as I understand, a factory reset requires a pin to be pushed into the reset button. Is there any reason why this happens?

Our switches are currently updated and configured in our server room before being moved to their permanent locations. I noticed that when the switch was plugged into its permanent location, there is another 'device was factory reset' error on the dashboard for that time as well.

A pinhole reset is the only way I know of for a device to be factory reset, if that didn't happen and you are getting the alert, I'd check with support.
