
We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new initiative in the Meraki Community: the Employee All-Stars program! This program is designed to recognize and empower Cisco Meraki employees who go above and beyond to support our community members.
What is the Employee All-Stars Program?
The Meraki Community thrives because of the collective knowledge and engagement of its members—including our amazing Meraki employees! The Employee All-Stars program is our way of celebrating and incentivizing employees who actively participate in discussions, provide valuable insights, and help our community members find the solutions they need.
Why Are We Launching This Program?
We know that timely responses and expert guidance are key to a thriving community. By encouraging and recognizing employee contributions, we aim to:
- Help you get answers even faster by increasing employee participation.
- Enhance the solutions you get with more expert-driven conversations.
- Strengthen community trust through direct interactions with Meraki employees.
How It Works
Every six months, we’ll track employee contributions in the community, focusing on factors like:
- Number of replies and accepted solutions
- Quality and helpfulness of responses
- Engagement with community members
Top contributors will be recognized as Employee All-Stars and receive exclusive perks, including badges, special shout-outs, and internal recognition within Meraki.
