Breach at Verkada

I know this is not Meraki, but wasn't Verkada created by some ex-Meraki engineers?  Hopefully Meraki have better security, or do now, having seen the below:

Verkada was definitely created by an ex-Meraki team! I hope the hackers don't know that 😅

OUCH! whats funny is I demoed one of their cams. Thankfully we didn't go with them.

The scary thing is they do access control as well.......

Its the same guy that released hack Intel data in 2020. Sounds like the guy really wants a holiday in a US federal prison.

I almost went with Verkada before we decided on Meraki. I also looked at Rhombus.

I have to admit I like the new features Verkada has released, but I'm glad we went with Meraki.
