Today I create a user who I want to restrict to 8 cameras only, viewer only. This part worked OK. I was able to create user and assign the 8 cameras.
Now, upon login by this user, the dashboard goes to a Video Wall that cannot display images. User needs to go to cameras to see the list of 8.
Why does it show the video wall, and why does it default to Video Wall upon login?
I opened a case with support. The answer was this is normal behavior, which I don't believe is accurate.
