Looks indeed like the SIM isn't being detected, as indicated by the blank ICCID, IMSI & MSISDN.
Ensure the SIM card is clean of any dirt/dust, and only insert the SIM when the unit is fully powered off (I.e. remove the power cord from the unit). Double check that the SIM works in an alternative device (such as a phone), if it works in an alternative device but not the MX, contact Support.
