MX Mis-Classification of URL

So, we have a MX100, Content filtering is turned on to block Nudity, but it is incorrectly flagging a resort website. Is there a way to have the URL reevaluated or double checked? Would like to just have classification fixed if possible instead of white listing it.

I think they use https://www.brightcloud.com for content filtering.  You could try submitting a request to them.  Good luck.

Confirmed with Meraki they use brightcloud.com. They are looking into it. Thanks!

One benefit that Sonicwall has with their content filtering is on their block page you have the option to request the reclassifcation of a blocked site. They were pretty quick at getting back to you with an answer and any changes were relfected worldwide pretty quickly.

It would be nice if the same was possible with Meraki. I get that SSL pages are hearder as you dont get a block page.
