MX 450 HA Best practices

Hello, i have a question, my customer have 4 MX 450 concentrator of vpn 2 MX in one Data Center and other 2 MX 450 in other Data Center with statics routes, whats is the best practice for HA in this case? I need to have Active / Active the MX? or I can have Active / Pasive escheme ?  Thanks for your help.

Are they in VPN concentrator mode?

Are the DCs layer 2 adjacent?

Yes the Four MX 450 are in VPN concentrator Mode and the Dcs layer 2 are adjacent

I’m assuming that the customer only has two MX450 licenses - is that the case?

What does the customer have in the DC core network? Can it run BGP?

How competent is the team supporting the network with routing protocols?
