Hi @GIdenJoe I'm so sorry about that! I checked on the order and it has a status of "Error Processing" so something went wrong. It looks like we had your work address listed in the system for you, and it couldn't be verified. That's my fault.

I just resent you an email from our vendor Postal with a link to claim the jacket and confirm your mailing address. Once you do so, it should be to you in 3-5 business days. My apologies again!
