MDM App installs on Windows failing

Hi,

 

We are now seeing MDM install of Apps on Windows failing, when these installs worked ok before. Certain apps always seem to fail, including the Meraki SM Agent install, as well as Webex desktop app, Zoom Workplace. Other MDM installs seem to work ok, e.g. Google Chrome. Is anyone else seeing anything similar, or offer advice on how to fix? Thanks.

What version of Windows is being used and are you running the latest version of the SM agent? 

 

Are the installs failing on new hardware or existing hardware?

OS is Windows 11 and these are brand new laptops. Have tested by building a clean install Windows 11 VM and also see the same behaviour. The SM agent is v4.2.2, but as mentioned these are App installs via MDM that are failing including the install of the SM Agent itself. Thanks
