Green light to make Merkai SM main MDM, switch from intune

hello, i got the green light to make SM our main MDM, what would the process start to look like to move away from inTune. what should be my first steps.

@sysadminshipley What type of devices are you migrating? If they are iOS devices that will need to be factory reset.
