Device resets now seeing "Invalid Profile" errors upon reset

I am not sure what could have changed. When we reset (wipe) devices we are now hitting the following error:

"The configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from Eugene School District 4J"

"Invalid Profile"

This has happened sporadically the last few days, our techs have said they eventually clear. However I am prepping five iPad Airs this morning and this is happening on all of them.

I will also be reviewing this with our network team to see if anything may have changed on the network side of things.

According to support it's an SM issue and engineers are investigating.

Maybe too many new attempts on the servers because of Corona, there are several servers fighting with requests the last days.

Some are chugging along now. Possibly related to Apple outage this morning?
