claimed device (verified with changelog) is missing from inventory - can't claim again

claimed device (verified with changelog) is missing from inventory - can't claim again

a device i had claimed was not showing up in inventory.

 

i went through the changelog and can see that i claimed it.

 

note: it actually shows claimed/added two times - same date....for the serial number in question.

 

now i am going through inventory to find it and its not listed, when i try to claim it shows claimed....

 

How can i resolve this?

Is the device brand new or second hand?

It's two steps... first you claim, and then you add to network. Did you claim but forgot to add to network?
