Hey Everyone,
There was an issue this morning that blocked users from logging in and caused server errors. This issue lasted roughly one hour from ~8-9 am Pacific. Our engineering teams have resolved the issue and all systems are functional. If you are still seeing any issues then please reach out to Meraki Support.

I have a suspicion it may be AWS or something upstream of Meraki because I had trouble reaching some other random services this AM.

Yes, I'm having this issue now. My co-workers are able to login, but I am not able to login. Same exact error. This has never happened to me before.

There is a Mailman list: https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/outages that often picks up on large outages early. Assuming this is more than just the Meraki silo I expect you might get some activity from that list very soon.

My cell phone had the Meraki dashboard page open from earlier today, and I can refresh the page and see live data.
I had a client go down (4 sites) at the same time. It look like a fiber got dug up in their area.

@DHAnderson Interesting, I suppose a coincidence?, but my own office went offline around midnight Pacific time and I was already planning to drive over there today to find out what happened. It is the only Org of many dozens I saw go offline. Unless this issue is causing me to not get alerts for all the rest..

@BrandonS A local college is building a new dorm. At 9:30 AM the power went out at the college. My client is about 5 blocks away. I am betting that someone dug up a power line and fiber conduit.
I did not know that Meraki, or your client was on that same fiber 😉

Although I should mention, I am able to get in through my OKTA/SAML setup. However my personal account I can't, which is through the main website dashboard.
