Dashboard Slowness - n426 (Update: Other shards/nodes also impacted)

Me and my coworkers have noticed sluggish performance in the Meraki Dashboard for a couple weeks now; However, starting today, it feels like it's slowed to a complete crawl. 11 seconds to swap from the Clients page to Appliance Status, 30+ seconds to swap from Appliance Status to Switches, etc.

Curious if anyone else has noticed slowness, specifically on n426?

Edit: Updated the title after speaking with support, who confirmed more than just n426 is impacted.

I agree.  It's been getting slower (seems to have coincided with the big blue changes) and today is nearly unusable.

Contacted Support about this and they've confirmed an ongoing investigation into slowness on several shards today, not just n426. No ETA on a resolution yet.

Suspect we'll see something on status.meraki.net soon.

I did the same.  Thanks for the update.

n216 is always always always sluggish compared to networks/organizations that I manage on n583, not just today but everyday.

This is often dependent on the shard you are on.  What shard are you on?

I'm also experiencing slowness on n99.  I've seen timeout errors multiple times today.

Are there shards that are not experiencing this?  If so, how would one switch to one of them?

n346 here. I can't load hardly any page on the dashboard currently. Crazy that this is taking so long to figure out.

We just now posted to the Meraki Status page after some initial investigation.

Update: The engineering team knows about this and is working on it. It's not on status.meraki.net because it hasn't reached the threshold (not a large enough % of customers are impacted).

I don't have a timeframe or any further info, but this issue is on the radar of the right people.

UPDATE 2: I had slightly out-of-date information! It's now on status.meraki.net. Cheers!
