Dashboard Outage?

Is anyone else having issues getting to the Dashboard right now? We can get a login screen but nothing else seems to be working. I'd call it into Support but guess what the support page isn't loading at all for me to pull the information.

 

We're on https://n318.meraki.com/

Got my case in 07596753 and they said the server team has been notified and that hopefully it is resolved soon.....

I've been pretty active on it and no problems.  on n34 shard though.  There may be a regional problem with n318.

Yeah, I'm on with support now. I backdoored my way in with an old ticket number. 

 

It does appear to be shard based as when I check here https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime N34 responds but N318 does not.

Same here. Org on https://n318.meraki.com/ won't load but another on n284.meraki.com does.

We're also semi affected on n426.meraki.com. No errors (yet) but we're getting that behavior where the dashboard doesn't fully load when trying to navigate around - for example, the left-hand nav menu is missing 9/10 times on refresh. Started for us at about 3:00 PM Central.

I would definitely reach out to support if you haven't already as our issue was a server outage that they had to get the server team to look at to resolve the issue.

This highlights my earlier suggestion that Meraki really needs to have a status page, there are so many benefits of having one and I can't think of a single reason not to.
