Anyone else getting this? It's happened a couple times now, but a refresh made it go away . It seems stuck now.

Hm, weird! I haven't seen that myself, but if anyone else does, please post here on this thread, so I have more info for our platform provider's support team.

As soon as I posted this is went back to normal. But just now it's back to empty again.

It can't make up its mind!

I saw it on Friday but then when I looked again like an hour later it was back to normal

Seeing it too. Maybe it's a big when there are no "new" notifications?

Yes, also seeing this (only today, for the first time), I had 3 new notifications showing over top of the little bell icon, clicked on the notifications bell, and there's nothing shown.  Such an empty feeling 🙂

[EDIT] And it's back... and then gone again.  Tried browser refresh (including bypass cache) and still empty.  Then I went and browsed a couple articles, gave a kudo or two, browsed around a little, then clicked the notifications bell and there they are, all good.  Then click back to the main community page, click the notifications bell, empty again.

Ya'll! Turns out it's a system-wide problem from our community platform vendor (Lithium). You can see the details (and subscribe to updates if you really want to; you know you do!) here: https://status.lithium.com/incidents/df4g0xvvbsc0

Wait... You mean to tell me that the Meraki Community forums are "cloud hosted" ???

There's some irony in here, I know it!

No irony. Just the way it should be. 😄

Lithium says the issue is resolved! https://status.lithium.com/incidents/df4g0xvvbsc0 - hopefully the case for everyone; post here if you're still seeing issues.

Cheers!

A few minutes ago it happened to me... But that might have been right before they posted that update. We'll see what happens.

Looks like it's all good now and this has been resolved.  Nobody else seeing it anymore right?

Thanks, I'll let Lithium know the issue doesn't seem to be fully resolved.

Just the one time. It's been good again trying twice more. Maybe just residual?

Seems ok for me? I just got email notification for @CarolineS 's comment and the bell icon at the top works fine.

I haven't tried signing out...

That's a feature, not a bug.

There's also a Hotel California joke in here too I'm sure 😛

Had to look up the lyrics again to get the joke. Good one (and hats off to your lyrics knowledge)!
