Can´t change signature for community posts (missing or disabled link?)

Hi,

suddenly I can´t change my signatures for my community posts any more.

The signature box is missing. I can´t see or find it any more.

Here is the text of the community help:

How do I create a signature for my posts?

Your signature is text that appears at the bottom of your posts.

To create your personal signature:

  1. Sign in to your community account.
  2. Go to My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information.
  3. Enter your signature text in the Signature box.
Some communities let you use HTML in your signature. Check with a moderator if you have questions.
  4. Click Save.

Good point, can´t find it as well.

Looked here as well:

The Meraki Community uses your Cisco.com account. To update your email or password, head over to Cisco Profile Management. Click on the "Personal" tab to update your email address, and the "Security" tab to update your password.

If you'd like to update your Community Display Name, email community-help@meraki.net.

But there is no signature setting as well.

I will open a case.

I don't think opening a case will help. E-mailing community-help@meraki.net will probably work better.

Hi @redsector -

Thanks for the report! I've adjusted our community permissions configuration so that you (and everyone else, whoops!) can edit your signature again. Please let me know (on this thread is fine) if you encounter any further issues with this.

Cheers!
