Community platform change: "Subscribe" button

A small change here on the Meraki Community platform!

You'll notice a "Subscribe" button on discussion boards and individual discussion threads. This allows you to receive email updates for new topics in a board or replies to a discussion that you're interested in. Previously, the ability to subscribe was hidden in the Options menu.

Excellent, so now we can follow an interesting thread without having to comment

@DarrenOC - you actually always could follow a thread, the option was just very hidden!! Now it's more obvious.

Additional update related to the Subscribe button: Subscribe buttons are now available on blogs (such as this Community Announcements blog and the Feature Announcements blog) and also on the Projects Gallery.
