I read that and I think i understand now better. Here is a question, does it matter which active internet is labeled here? For example Can internet one be ethernet or does it have to be SFP? Thanks, Dan

I am trying to setup an MX unit. Here is the way i have it setup Internet 1 is set to SFP. Connection Type is direct and no VLAN tagging. it's set to static IP address that has the Ip address, netmask, gateway that was given to me by the ISP. DNS is set to google Internet 2 is a regular consumer line connection that is set to Ethernet, No VLAN and DHCP. The internet 2 connection works. The first one does not. I have been reading but i don't see where i did anything wrong? Any help would be appreciated. THis is what it looks like:

I am relatively new to this, but i have some questions. I have a ATT Fiber Connection that is SPF+ and LC. Would this type of connector work? It is 10G but i am a bit confused on the duplexing on it. The connector in question: https://meraki.cisco.com/product/switches/switches-accessories/switches-accessories-sfp-plus/ma-sfp-10gb-zr/ I just want to make sure before i tell my company what to buy. Also does anyone here have any suggestions on good reading for Fiber cables? Thanks, Dan

They are all plugged in and configured the same. It was an ARP problem with our Zyxel router. I went ahead and cleared the ARP cache on the router and it worked again. I appreciate everyone who responded.

I have a quandary. I have 6 MS access points we just setup. 5 of the 6 work just fine. One allows us to connect but it continually says no access. We are not doing PEAP/EAP or any radius configurations. We have pushed a profile via intune to have the SSID(which is Hidden) and the password automatically configured on the system. This works for 5 of the 6 waps. I m confused here. For a second i noticed it wasn't updating the IP through the dashboard along with DNS. I hard rebooted it by unplugging the network and plugging back in, but still no dice. I am new to meraki so any help would be appreciated. I tried the build in meraki dashboards recommendations, but they were of no help.

I am new to Cisco Meraki. I need to setup 3 vlans with Different DHCP from my zyxel firewall. This is the error I keep getting. What am i doing wrong? I have the ports on the switches configured for the ports on the zyxel and the various DHCP servers(so i can do DHCP relay to them). My switches range from from the MS225 to the MS210. Screenshot of what i see. Help. 🙂
